Mangaluru, Aug 28, 2023: The CCB police arrested two drug peddlers at Thadambail beach in Suratkal on August 27, Sunday. Police seized 53 grams MDMA worth Rs 2.6 lakhs, a car, two mobile phones and cash from them. The value of the seized goods is Rs 7,83,300.

Those arrested are Shakib (27) and Nissar Hussain (34). Both hail from Suratkal. Both of them have several cases against them. While Shakib has cases pertaining to murder attempt, thefts etc, Nissar Hussain has nine cases including one in Sakleshpur police station.
