Mangaluru, April 26, 2023: Mangaluru North MLA and BJP candidate for the upcoming election Dr Bharath Shetty said that he has secured a grant of Rs 2250 crores to his constituency in the past five years and has initiated various development works.

Speaking to reporters on April 25, Tuesday after releasing Pragathi Patha, a handbook which outlines his achievements, Shetty said various works including development of roads, parks, construction of hi-tech bus stand, development of circles and junctions, beach tourism promotion have been undertaken. He said the development of Kavoor lake and Kana-Bala Road is in progress. He said a sum of Rs 5 crore has been spent on development of Kottara Chowki Junction and Rs 3.5 crores towards the Development of Suratkal Junction.

Several party leaders including Tilakraj Krishnapura were present.
