Hebri, Aug 14, 2023: A scooterist died on the spot after his two-wheeler rammed into an electric pole at Mathibettu in Varanga near Hebri on August 13, Sunday.

The deceased is Prabhachandra Acharya of Soorimannu. He was heading towards Soorimannu from Muniyalu on Sunday afternoon when his vehicle veered towards the roadside and hit the electric pole.

A case has been registered in Hebri police station.
