Mangaluru, April 06, 2023: A book titled “Mathapettige” authored by senior journalist P B Harish Rai was released by S Ganesh Rao, Chairman of Karavali Group of Institutions at Press Club on April 5, Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Ganesh Rao said the book having complete information on the political field of the district is beneficial to everyone.

Aikala Harish Shetty, President of Global Federation of Bunts Associations inaugurated the programme. Former minister Krishna J Palemar presided over the function. Shantharam Shetty, President of DK District Chapter of Red Cross Society, Indaje Srinivas Nayak and President of DK District Working Journalists Union were present as chief guests.

Senior journalist Manohar Prasad said Harish Rai has a very in-depth knowledge of the political field of the district.

Speaking on the occasion, author Harish Rai said this was a revised version of his first work Rajanota.

Journalist B N Pushparaj welcomed the gathering and compered the programme. Akrithi Prakashana’s Kallur Nagesh proposed the vote of thanks.
