Kadaba, Jul 18, 2023: Kadaba police have arrested two persons wanted in connection with a burglary case that took place one and a half years ago.

Those arrested are Saddam of Peradka and Tajuddin of Meenadi. They were arrested with regard to the case of burglary in the house of Sajan of Peradka during broad daylight on December 13, 2021. The duo had reportedly stolen jewellery weighing 41 grams.

The burglary came to light when the house owner returned in the evening. The thieves had broken open the rear door to enter the house. The value of the stolen jewellery was estimated at Rs.1.5 lakh.

Of the two accused, Saddam was involved in many other cases including rape of a minor girl.
