Mangaluru, Sep 29, 2023: Life in the coastal districts of Dakshina Kannada is normal on September 29, Friday with buses and other vehicular movement as usual. The various organisations in the district are not participating in the bundh call given by Kannada organisations today over the Cauvery issue but have extended their moral support to the protest.

The private bus operators association has said it supports the cause of the bundh but would not  participate in the bundh as it would hit hard the common man. Even the coastal hotel industry has pledged only moral support to the bundh.
