Mangaluru, Jan 13, 2023: Police have arrested three men who were transporting ganja from Himachal Pradesh and supplying the same to students and businessmen in Mangaluru.

Those arrsted are Suketh Kava (33), Sunil (32) from Karkala and Aravind (24) of Coimbatore. Police said the trio used to secure ganja and other contraband from villages in Himachal Pradesh’s Kulu region for low prices and then sell the same.

The police have seized 500 grams charas, 1 kg ganja, mobile phone and a Ritz car from the accused. The seized goods have been valued at Rs 8 lakhs.
