Mangaluru, Aug 11, 2023: A joint operation by CIB/RPF teams of Palakkad, RPF of Mangaluru Junction and Mangaluru East Excise Division resulted in the seizing of dry ganja weighing 6.333 kg worth Rs 3,16,650 from the Karwar-Yashwanthpur Expess train at the  Mangaluru Junction Railway station on August 10, Thursday morning.

The ganja was found in an abandoned bag  in the train which had halted at the second platform.

A case has been registered in Mangaluru East Excise Division. No one has been arrested. The raid was conducted under Operation Narcos.
