Mangaluru, Sep 01, 2023: Brahmashree Narayana Guru Jayanthi was celebrated at the Kudroli Shree Gokarnanatha Kshetra on August 31, Thursday.

Speaking at a function held in this connection, Mulki-Moodbidri MLA Umanath Kotian resented the absence of the district administration officials as well as elected representatives from the ruling party and ministers in the programme.

Dr Arun Ullal who was present as a resource person highlighted the importance given to education by Shri Narayana Guru.

MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mayor Jayananda Anchan, Temple Committee President Sairam and others were present.
