Mangaluru, Dec 06, 2022: Ravindra Gatti, a Congress Councillor of Ullal CMC has been suspended from the primary membership of the party until further orders, for anti-party activity and for a misleading social media post. Block Congress President Sadashiva Ullal has passed an order to this effect.

Ravindra had some time back posted a video on social media stating consuming rum with pepper and egg will drive away Corona. His post had gone viral. It has also been alleged that he used to attend public functions in inebriated state and also has not participated in standing committee meets despite being nominated to the committee.
